Goal in life.........

Why do you seek Him?
To have a more comfortable life? To have friends in church? Or do you really seek Him for righteousness because above all things you want to deliver from sin?
Do you truly hunger to know God and experience His love, joy, and peace?
(See John 6: 68, Simon Peter answered him, “ Lord to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We believe and know that you are the Holy One of God.”)
Do you seek Jesus because you want to know God and serve Him? When he gives you material gifts, does this make you seek Him for spiritual counterpart, or do you seek Him more than the material things?

What is your response???


A question in John 6: 28-29 came to my mind…

“What must we do to do the works God requires?”

The work of God is this to believe in the one he has sent.

The work is to take his gift to believe on his Son.

8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9not by works, so that no one can boast. 10For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.( Ephesians 2:8-10)

For in the gospel righteousness that is faith from first to the last, just as it is written. The righteous will live by Faith (Romans 1: 17)

To live by believing, by receiving, by appropriating God’s gift of Christ, in regard to both His person and His work on my behalf, is the one work God requires and accepts (Romans 3:20-26)

True faith is alive when it is manifest as lifework.

Have we live it out?? What we should do???
Be a living testimony.(Its not just on Sat or Sun. But, each and everyday.)

Have you ever believed on Christ in such a committed way that all your lifework is to live by faith in the Son of God? Are you trying to do good works – even church, home or even community to earn God’s favor or are you so believing and appropriating Christ that everything you do (be it church, home and community is done through Christ and for Him?

Serve wholeheartedly. May this be our prayer each and everyday.

11Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. 12Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. (Romans 12: 11-12)
